"In 1997, I made a life-altering decision.  I left behind everything and everyone I knew, choosing to escape a lifetime of repression, control, and abuse.  With limited funds, no family, and a small support system, I moved across the country, committed to living a life of freedom and choice.  Fast forward to 2013—another traumatic event shattered my world, yet it became the catalyst for a transformational journey. As I navigated through my pain, struggles, and fears, I unearthed the powerful, positive person within me—a person who loves life, cherishes connection, and deeply believes in the power of God.

Many of us live in fear, shame, guilt, and regret, reacting emotionally to life’s circumstances. We feel trapped, disconnected from our true selves and vision, allowing others to control, manipulate, and keep us from embracing the incredible power within us. I know this story all too well. But here’s what I’ve learned: freedom is possible. By sharing my journey through abuse, rejection, and fear, I want to inspire you to take bold steps toward your own transformation.
